Jean Paul, a successful businessman, dedicated Registered Nurse, and proud father, embarked on his journey to the United States in 1999 as a refugee from Africa. His profound passion for nursing was kindled by his experiences in war-torn nations, where he bore witness to countless patients in dire need of care. Serving with the Red Cross in refugee camps, he dedicated himself to assisting those most vulnerable.


In the U.S., Jean Paul's resilience and determination saw him transition from roles in housekeeping to becoming a Nurse’s Aide in a nursing home. His unwavering commitment to the healthcare profession led him to further his education and qualifications, first as a Licensed Practical Nurse and subsequently as a Registered Nurse.


In 2012, he founded Caring Bees Healthcare Inc., a testament to his vision and dedication. Now, with over a decade of service, Caring Bees stands as a beacon of quality home health care. Prior to this achievement, Jean Paul showcased his entrepreneurial spirit by acquiring a convenience store, enhancing its value, and selling it at three times the initial investment.


At the heart of Caring Bees is Jean Paul's vision: to be a leading provider of top-tier home health care services, renowned for its innovative, professional, and compassionate approach to the communities it serves.
